Day 1

Arrival at Castello di Reschio

Arrival and transfer to Castello di Reschio, a historic estate on the border of Tuscany and Umbria.

Check-in at the Grand Suite, where modern comfort meets 11th-century architectural heritage. You are surrounded by private grounds: forests, vineyards, olive groves, art installations, horses, and complete silence. Every detail here has been thought out to perfection — from gastronomy to interiors.

The evening is devoted to a leisurely acquaintance with the atmosphere of the castle.

Day 2

Truffles, Umbrian Cuisine and Arnaldo Caprai Wine

The day begins with a journey to the foothills of Monte Pale, where, during truffle season, you’ll take part in a true truffle hunt. Accompanied by a local truffle hunter and his specially trained dog, you’ll search for the aromatic “black gold” of Umbria. The atmosphere is intimate and the experience — completely authentic.

After the hunt, enjoy a leisurely lunch at the charming Locanda di Nonna Tina, where truffle appears in every course. From bruschetta and truffled eggs to tagliatelle, bombetta with pecorino cheese, and a homemade dessert — it’s a celebration of flavour.

In the afternoon, visit the prestigious winery Arnaldo Caprai, a benchmark name in the world of Sagrantino.
Your private tasting of five Signature wines takes place in the panoramic hall Enoteca Monte della Torre, with views over the vineyards of Montefalco. Each wine is paired with gourmet bites and presented with expert commentary from a dedicated Wine Educator.

Return to Reschio in the evening.

Day 3

Paolo Bea and Perugia

In the morning, you’ll depart with your guide to visit the iconic family-run winery Paolo Bea, known for its uncompromising philosophy and rare vintages. The owner himself leads the private tasting of five exceptional wines — ARBOREUS, PIPPARELLO, PAGLIARO, CERRETE, and PASSITO — served with 36-month aged parmesan and homemade plum tart.

Afterwards, enjoy lunch at the charming Coccorone restaurant, located just two kilometres away.

In the afternoon, continue to Perugia, the capital of Umbria. A guided walking tour reveals the heart of the historic center: Piazza IV Novembre, Fontana Maggiore, Palazzo dei Priori, and the Arch of Augustus. Roman roots, medieval façades, and timeless Italian charm await.

Return to Reschio in the evening.

Day 4

Camp Minto - Camp Shipton (4200 m)

The morning begins in the most romantic corner of the hotel — the private Bathhouse Reschio, reserved exclusively for you.

Complete seclusion, thermal steam, soft lighting, and the scent of eucalyptus — an atmosphere of total calm and restoration. Your program includes bespoke treatments designed to restore balance, energy, and inner harmony.

The rest of the day is yours: slow walks, a good book, cocktails by the pool, and the kind of silence.

Day 5

Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport.
