Raisky Travel LLC (“Raisky Travel”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information when you visit this website, its mobile versions and any related microsites accessible through it (including those operated by third parties on behalf of Raisky Travel LLC) (each a “Website” and together the “Websites”), and afterwards. Raisky Travel LLC, registered at 2/55 Michurina St., Boryspil, Kyiv Region, 08301, Ukraine, is the controller of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Websites and how we use it. It applies only to information collected through the Websites, including our pages on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube and other third-party websites and social networks.
Personal and Non-Personal Information We Collect
We collect and store information that identifies you personally — such as your age, full name, address, phone number, email address, username and/or payment details (“personal data”) — only when you choose to provide it through the Website. We may ask for personal data when you register, ask a question or leave a comment, request information, enter a promotion, contest or giveaway, or otherwise use the Website’s features. Raisky Travel does not collect personal data simply because you visit our Websites, with the exception of certain technical data that our systems and software need in order to run the Website properly and that is inherently transmitted as part of internet protocols (such as your IP address). We will never ask for more information than is needed for you to use the Website. If you choose not to provide personal data, you can still browse the Website, but you may not be able to take part in certain promotions, contests or giveaways, create an account to access certain features, activate or use our services, or receive product information.
On some pages you can create an account by entering a username or email address and password, along with other details (such as your contact phone number, address or place of residence), or by signing in with a social network such as Facebook, Instagram or Google. If you sign up through a social network, you give us access to the information you have made public on that network (for example, your name, user ID and profile photo), as well as any other information you allow the Website to access. By signing in with a social network, you allow us to receive publicly available information about you. We recommend that you review that network’s privacy policy and terms before choosing this sign-in method.
When you visit the Website, we may also collect certain personal data (such as your IP address, shopping preferences and profile data) that may include identifiers allowing us to show you more relevant ads on your device, as well as technical, non-identifying information (anonymous data, such as your browser type). This may involve transferring your personal data outside the jurisdiction described below, and you consent to such transfers. These parties are prohibited from using or disclosing your personal data for any other purpose.
- To share data with third-party service providers we engage to perform certain Website-related functions on our behalf (such as fulfilling orders, delivering information packs, sending mail and email, removing duplicate entries from customer lists, analysing data, providing marketing support and customer service). These providers, which include tour operators in Ukraine and abroad, have access only to the personal data they need to perform their functions and may collect and store it for that purpose, but may not use it for anything else.
- For internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis and research to improve our products, services and customer relationships.
- For other purposes disclosed at the time we collect your personal data or set out in additional terms that apply to specific Website features.
- Where required by law, regulation or court order.
- For the purposes of, or in connection with, legal proceedings, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we will not share your personal data with any third party without your consent.
Instagram, Facebook and Telegram Messages
This section covers your conversations with us via Instagram Direct (@raiskytravelconcierge), Facebook Messenger (Raisky Travel Concierge LTD page) and Telegram (@RaiSkyTravel and @Luxury_Travel_Deals). The data controller is Raisky Travel LLC (EDRPOU code 44262232), 2/55 Michurina St., Boryspil, Kyiv Region, 08301, Ukraine.
What data we receive
• your name and username on the messaging app, and the conversation ID;
• the messages you send us and our replies, including the date and time of each message;
• your contact details, if you choose to share them (phone number, email);
• details of the trip you’re interested in: destination, dates, number of travellers and budget.
We receive this data through Meta’s official tools (Instagram Messaging API and Messenger API) and the Telegram Bot API, and only when you message us first. We cannot see your conversations with other people, who you follow, or your password.
Why we use it
• to reply to your enquiry and find the right trip for you;
• to log your enquiry in our booking request system and assign it to a travel manager;
• to make sure every customer gets a timely reply;
• for internal, anonymised statistics such as the number of enquiries, popular destinations and response times.
Legal basis: your request and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in providing a high-quality service (Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”; Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Who we share it with
We never sell your data or use it to advertise other companies’ products. Your data can be accessed by our travel managers and by service providers that process it on our behalf: Meta Platforms, Telegram, Google (Google Workspace) and our website hosting provider. We share with hotels, airlines and other travel suppliers only the details needed for your booking, and only once you have confirmed it.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages and enquiry details for up to 3 years after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, we keep them for as long as the law requires us to retain contract records. Anonymised statistics may be kept longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, and you can object to its processing. To find out how to request deletion, visit raisky.travel/data-deletion/. Send all requests to res@raisky.travel.
Marketing
You can choose whether to receive marketing communications from us and change your privacy preferences at any time by emailing us at res@raisky.travel. If you opt out, we will stop sending you promotional messages and will not share your personal information with other companies. We may still contact you about administrative matters, such as confirming a booking or responding to your enquiries.
Interest-Based Advertising (Profiling)
On some pages of our Websites, we and our third-party advertising partners may collect information about how you interact with those pages (including through tracking technologies such as cookies). We collect this information only with your explicit prior consent and use it to show you ads tailored to your interests when you visit other websites.
Controlling Your Personal Data
You are in full control of the personal data we collect and use. You can always choose not to provide certain information, but please note that some Website features may then be unavailable to you (for example, we may not be able to process your booking or respond to your enquiry without certain personal data).

You should also check the authenticity of any pop-up windows or websites that claim to be ours (including those linked in emails). Unless expressly stated otherwise, the presence of a link on the Website does not mean that we control, recommend or endorse the linked website, or that we are affiliated with it, its content, products, services or privacy practices. Downloading material from some websites may infringe intellectual property rights or infect your computer with viruses.
How We Share Information
Raisky Travel LLC does not sell, rent or otherwise share personal data with unaffiliated companies without your explicit prior consent. Personal data you provide when using the Website’s features or requesting a product or service through the Website may be collected and stored in one or more Raisky Travel LLC databases. We may provide — with your prior consent, if required by applicable law. We may share personal data with subcontractors (for example, cloud storage providers). Subcontractors may use this data only to provide their services to Raisky Travel LLC and may not share or sell it. We will disclose your personal data without prior notice only if required by law or if we believe in good faith that this is necessary to: a) comply with the law or with legal proceedings involving Raisky Travel LLC; b) protect the rights or property of Raisky Travel LLC and this Website; c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Raisky Travel users, users of its Websites or the public; d) respond to requests made in the course of law enforcement, counterintelligence or counter-terrorism activities; e) enable public authorities and local government bodies to exercise their powers under the law; f) process personal data for historical, statistical or scientific purposes.
Children’s Privacy
Raisky Travel LLC takes children’s privacy seriously. We operate our websites in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction set out below. We do not collect personal data from minors or, where permitted by law, from children under the age of 13 (thirteen). Children under 13 (thirteen) must have the consent of a parent or guardian before submitting any personal data to the Website. If we learn that we have received data from a user under this age, we will not use it without parental or guardian consent. Without such consent, the child will not be able to take part in certain activities. A parent or guardian can review, delete or update their child’s personal data, or refuse its further collection or use, by emailing us at res@raisky.travel or writing to Raisky Travel LLC at our registered address (please include the child’s name, address and email address).
Security and Data Retention
The security of your personal data is very important to us. We have put in place reasonable physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, due to the open nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and us, or information stored on the Website or our servers, will be completely safe from unauthorised access by third parties such as hackers. By using the Website, you acknowledge this risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, any direct, special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages, or any other damages, whether arising in contract (including fundamental breach), tort (including negligence) or otherwise) that you may suffer as a result of the loss of, malware (including, without limitation, computer viruses) affecting, or unauthorised access to, use of or alteration of any information you submit through the Website. We keep the information we collect for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Website and/or this Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that the competent courts of Ukraine shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings relating to the Website and/or this Privacy Policy. We make no representation that the Websites or their content are appropriate for use outside Ukraine. Information on the Websites about our products and services may apply only in Ukraine, and these products and services may not be available everywhere. If you access the Websites from outside Ukraine, you are solely responsible for complying with any applicable local laws.
Business Transfers
As our business develops, we may sell or buy assets. If another organisation acquires Raisky Travel LLC or all or substantially all of our assets, the personal and anonymous data we hold about our users may be transferred to that organisation. Likewise, in the event of bankruptcy or reorganisation proceedings by or against us, such information may be treated as an asset and sold or transferred to third parties.
Severability
