Description:
The camp consists of 10 spacious safari-style tented suites. One-bedroom tents are suitable for a couple with a child. Two-bedroom suites offer up to 75 m² of living space and a large outdoor deck — ideal for families or groups of up to six guests. Each tent is equipped with a terrace, a vintage bathtub, refined textiles, and some feature a spacious living area. The interior incorporates antique furnishings, creating the atmosphere of an expeditionary era, and the panoramic views make the stay particularly cinematic.
From early morning until late evening, Zannier Sonop offers a rich program: yoga sessions at sunrise, guided hikes, electric bike trails, and horseback rides led by experienced guides. Horses are kept right at the camp, in their own stables. Special attention is given to stargazing: telescopes are installed, and the night sky here is among the darkest and clearest in the world. Upon request, night walks through the desert can also be arranged.
For movie lovers, a real open-air cinema operates — in the middle of the desert, under the stars, with drinks and soft loungers. For those who wish to explore further, trips to the Sossusvlei dunes are organized in comfortable 4×4 vehicles, along with hot air balloon flights and private dinners among the sand dunes.
The culinary experience here is a distinct pleasure. From 07:00 to 11:00, breakfast à la carte is served in the main area. At noon, the same space transforms into a serene restaurant with light meals. A bar by the pool with desert views offers snacks and drinks until 17:00. Each evening at 20:00, guests are treated to an exquisite candlelit dinner — a five-course menu served by waiters in white gloves and black ties, at one long communal table, in the atmosphere of an exclusive culinary club.
The evening can be perfectly concluded at the Cocktail & Cigar Lounge — a lounge styled after an aristocratic English club. Billiards, board games, cigars, and a selection of premium spirits create an impeccable atmosphere.
