Best MICHELIN restaurants in Switzerland 2023

The long-awaited event of the year! In October, the city of Lausanne hosted a ceremony to award the best restaurants in Switzerland according to MICHELIN. For the second time, the MICHELIN Guides ceremony took place at the renowned EHL Hospitality Business School, which was founded in 1893 as the “École Hôtelière de Lausanne”.

This year, 19 new restaurants have been added to the list of establishments that have received Michelin stars.

In 2023, 4 restaurants received 3 Michelin stars:

– Restaurant de l’Hôtel de Ville au Pont de Brent (Brent, canton of Valais)
– GaultMillau rest. de l’Hôtel de Ville (Friborg, canton of Friborg)
– Les Sources (Verbier, canton of Valais)

The list of restaurants with 2 Michelin stars includes 26 establishments, of which 5 are new:

– Restaurant Le Château (Luxembourg, canton of Lucerne)
– Restaurant Les Trois Rois (Basel, canton of Basel-Landscape)
