Cora Cora Maldives 5*

I really liked the attitude of the administrator Sam. Thank you very much. Initially, we were accommodated in a room on the windy side of the island. But since we have a small child, we asked Sam to move us to a more favourable environment. She immediately responded promptly and offered us a great option in a water villa with a large pool and a great view. And all this at no extra cost. Very decent internet speed, no need to buy a SIM card at the airport. The bad thing is that the island maps do not show villa numbers. The coffee from the coffee machine at breakfast is very strange, to put it mildly, it’s better to take it at the bar.

Cora Cora is absolutely amazing. The staff, the facilities, the restaurants, the villas and finally the nature around you are all just wonderful. Arriving at the resort by seaplane is already a great experience, but it gets even better when you arrive on site. You don’t need shoes or slippers; you can go barefoot for a whole week. The two-bedroom beach villa was more than spacious enough for the four of us; the outdoor shower is an added treat. The sandy beach, the reef, the wind, the waves and the marine life are all extremely beautiful. The food and service are amazing, we loved all the Asian flavours and ingredients, but Aquapazza had the best tiramisu in the world. The drink list was too long for us…

There are many more places to visit in the world, but it would be great to come back to Cora Cora again.

We stayed at Cora Cora for 13 nights in January-February 2023 and this is our second year travelling to the Maldives. From what we have seen, Cora Cora is by far the best hotel in the Maldives!
We would like to make a special mention of all the people who host you at this wonderful resort.
First of all, Elsa, such a wonderful person to welcome you as her personal guest, she even made a gift for our son when it was his birthday. Any requests from us were fulfilled very quickly.
Our son is only 2 years old, but we were able to leave him at Cora Kids for almost 3 hours, thank you very much Cheryl, Abby and Sibi. A visit to Cora Kids is always fun for children and you can be sure they are safe and well treated!
The entire staff of this resort loves children, all 4 restaurants always have highchairs and a special children’s menu, where you can find almost all children’s favourite dishes – fresh and healthy. And even if you want something more, the chef can prepare something special. We are fans of Thai cuisine, it is simply delicious. Our best wishes to Chef May (Ginger Moon restaurant), especially for the delicious soup for our son!
Not only children, but everyone loves ice cream at MyCoffee bar. There are also sugar-free and gluten-free options!!!
If you’re a coffee lover like me, the guys at MyCoffee will make you the best coffee you could ever want (Starbucks doesn’t even come close).
All the staff at this resort care about making sure guests are happy – once the general manager Justin helped us put towels on our sunbeds even though he was just passing by. He is truly a role model!

Cora Cora is a beautiful island with luxurious facilities, the rooms are so comfortable and have everything you need, the staff are so attentive and can’t do enough for you, the food is amazing too, will definitely be back.
