Day 1

Geneva - Lyon

Arrival in Geneva and meeting at the airport. Then transfer to Lyon and evening sightseeing tour of the city. Dinner in a restaurant of your choice (extra cost).

Day 2

Abbey of Saint Philibert - Vineyards of Chalons

After breakfast check-out from the hotel and visit the Benedictine Abbey of St. Philibert. Lunch at the gastronomic restaurant L’Amaryllis. In the afternoon, visit to the Chalon vineyards and tasting with the winemaker. Arrival and accommodation at the Hôtel Spa La Cueillette.

Day 3

Châteauneuf castle - truffle hunt

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for truffle hunting. An exciting morning adventure awaits you – accompanied by specially trained dogs in search of the fragrant treasures of the earth. After – lunch in one of the best restaurants of the region. Then visit the medieval castle of Chateauneuf and the village of the same name, which is included in the list of the most beautiful villages in France (entrance ticket – 15 euros, payable locally).

Day 4

Beaune - Grand Cru Montrachet-Cote de Beaune

A sightseeing tour of Beaune with a visit to the jewel of Flemish Gothic – the hospital for the poor Hotel Dieu (entrance tickets cost 12 euros per person, better to book in advance). Lunch at the winemaker: Olivier Leflaive (Restaurant Klima) or at the gastronomic restaurant Carte et Menus. Stroll through the Grand Cru Montrachet. Tasting at the winemaker’s (cost from 40 euros and up, payable locally). Drive through the picturesque villages of the Côtes de Beaune.

Day 5

Perouge - Beaujolais Nouveau Festival

After breakfast, a trip to one of the most beautiful villages in France, Perouges, located just 40 minutes from Lyon. Such movies as “Fanfan the Tulip” and “The Three Musketeers” were filmed here. The program includes a tasting of local wines and Perugian specialty galette. Lunch – at the Auberge de l’Abbaye gourmet restaurant (extra charge). Next – visit to the Benedictine monastery of Ambronet or the royal Abbey of Bru. In the evening – return to Lyon and rest at the hotel.

Overnight – Beaujolais Nouveau celebration. Dinner in a festive tent at the best tables. After – torchlight procession and laser show on the main square. At midnight – the grand opening of the first barrel of Beaujolais. The evening ends with dancing and return to the hotel.

Day 6

Southern Beaujolais - fine wine tasting

After breakfast, begin your drive to southern Beaujolais, a region known as the land of golden stones thanks to the warm ochre of the local buildings and picturesque vineyards.

The first stop on the itinerary will be one of the most beautiful villages in France, where you will be treated to a walk and tasting of local wines.

At lunchtime you will be welcomed by the terrace of La Table du Donjon restaurant, which offers stunning views of the vineyards. As you enjoy your meal, you will be able to fully experience the spirit of Beaujolais.

After lunch, a visit to the northern part of the region is planned and a tasting of vintage wines that preserve the character and nobility of this land.

In the evening return to Lyon and accommodation at the hotel.

Day 7

Dijon - Tasting of the Seas Saint Denis, Grand Cru Romanet-Conti

The morning starts with breakfast followed by a sightseeing tour of Dijon. The city with a rich history charms with its architecture, cozy streets and the atmosphere of real Burgundy.

For lunch, a visit to a winemaker in Gevre-Chambertin is planned, where you can taste the legendary Chambertin wine, which Napoleon adored. Lunch is also possible at the gastronomic restaurant Christian Quenel, where every serving is a work of art.

Next, wine tasting in Morey-Saint-Denis. Here you will get to know the wines, with tasting fees ranging from €30 to €120 per person. Payment is made on the spot.

End the day with a walk through the Grand Cru vineyards of Romanée-Conti. This is one of the most iconic wine sites in all of France, where the grapes become legendary.

Return to your hotel in Lyon.

Day 8

Lyon - Geneva - Boryspil

After breakfast, check out to the airport and fly home.
