Deleting your data
If you have messaged us on Instagram, Facebook Messenger or Telegram, or submitted a request on our website, you can ask us to delete all of your data held by RaiSky Travel LLC (RaiSky Travel Concierge).
How to submit a request
1 Email res@raisky.travel with the subject “Data deletion”, or write “Please delete my data” in the same chat where you contacted us.
2 Tell us where you contacted us (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, website) and give your username or phone number so we can find your data.
What happens next

Within 30 days we will delete your messages, contact details and records of your requests from our systems, and confirm this in our reply.

Data we are legally required to keep (for example, contracts and payments if you have already travelled with us) will be deleted once the mandatory retention period ends. We will let you know if this applies to you.

Anonymised statistics that cannot be used to identify you are not deleted.
You can delete the conversation itself from your Instagram, Facebook or Telegram account in that app’s settings. To remove the connection with our app on Facebook, go to “Settings → Apps and Websites”.
