For your convenience, there is a couple who live on the property but in a separate house. The lady will prepare breakfast and one meal a day. Outside, you can also organize barbecues, play tennis or ping pong.

Entrance to the property from a private entrance is through an iron gate into a beautiful entrance yard; straight ahead is the door to the main house, and the outhouse has a door downstairs and upstairs on the right side of the stairs.

The 11m x 5m infinity pool can be heated at an additional cost. There is an attractive dining terrace with great sea views and barbecue facilities. (There are cliffs and some steep sections around the edges of the garden, so be careful with children.)

Eigalière is a small town located 8 kilometers from Saint-Remy-de-Provence. It is considered one of the most beautiful in the Provence region. Villa L'Eternelle is a 2-minute walk from the center of Egallière. L'Eternelle consists of a main house and an additional house.

The ground floor level of the main house consists of one large living room with an open kitchen, as well as a separate living/reading room.

Saint Florent is half an hour from Bastia International Airport. The house is located two miles from the village, along the Gulf of St. Florent. Built by the sea on a five acre site, it is accessible via a dirt road (2.2 km) and only 15 minutes from Saint Florent (one mile and five minutes by boat crossing the bay from the shore in front of the house).

Located in the northeast with one of the most magnificent views of the Mediterranean: 150 feet above sea level, the garden slopes 500 feet to the coast with small beaches and magnificent waters in which you can swim from April to November. The bay, with boats entering and leaving the harbor a mile away, and Cape Corse, with mountains 5,000 feet high, can be seen from every room and various terraces.

To the west of Saint Florent, the house is not completely isolated, as it is part of a domain with six other villas scattered over a small bay of one hundred acres. The nearest neighbor is 200 meters down and you can never hear him even on the quietest morning. The same security guard works at the villas.

A few hundred meters from the villa begins one of the most untouched corners of Corsica: the "Desert of Agriattes", where there is no village or summer resort for thirty miles. On the banks of the Agriatta you will find the most beautiful Corsican beaches, which can be reached on foot or by boat.

For those who enjoy hiking, mountains, lakes and one of the most difficult trails in France (GR20) are within an hour's drive.

The villa is mainly made of stone and is divided into 2 parts. The roof is 100 feet long and covers two parts of the house. Between them, under the roof, the villa has a large patio with stunning views. The patio is the summer living room of the villa. The shade of the roof protects guests from the sun. A patio separates the two houses under one roof. Its area is 80 square meters, it is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, armchairs, a table. The dining table, large enough for 14 guests, is usually used for dining. By its nature, it is a key element of this house.

Terrace on the west side: on the other side, next to the kitchen, there is another terrace with another dining table for 14 people. Here we have breakfast and dinner in spring and summer. Again the view is magnificent, over the sea.
