Tbilisi
Arrival in Tbilisi. Arrival, meeting at the airport by the company representative, transfer to the hotel, check-in.
After accommodation in the hotel we invite you to get acquainted with the beautiful Tbilisi. You will see the most important sights of the capital, go up by cable car to Narikala Fortress, walk down the old streets to the fig gorge, see the area of Tbilisi sulfur baths, Meydan Square, Shardeni.
After the walk the evening will end with a welcome dinner in a national restaurant with a show program, where you will taste Georgian dishes with wine and enjoy a folklore show.

Jvari – Mtskheta – Chateau Mukhrani
After breakfast at the hotel you will leave for the very first capital of Georgia – Mtskheta, which today is the most sacred city for pilgrimage in Georgia and is declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, but first you will visit the first UNESCO World Heritage Site in Georgia – Jvari Monastery, the oldest cult monument built at the dawn of Georgian Christianity, immortalized also in literature by Mikhail Lermontov (poem “Mtsyri”).
After lunch you will have a tour of Château Mukhrani. You will get acquainted with the history of the estate. Earlier (in 1512) it was a princely estate managed by the Bagrationi royal family. In 2002 a group of Georgian businessmen started to restore the estate and revive its history, in connection with which the construction of a modern winery was started in 2007. Next you will be treated to a tasting of several premium wines of Château Mukhrani, which is considered one of the best in terms of wine quality.
Kakheti - the birthplace of Georgian wine
Today a delicious story awaits you with a glass of Saperavi, Tsinandali, Khvanchkara, Kindzmarauli… In other words, a tour to Kakheti – the famous region in the east of Georgia with its wines and the most ancient monasteries, fortresses, inaccessible mountains, the Alazani Valley and not only….
After a short walk around the town transfer to the Khareba winery. The winery owns a unique wine storage, which is a tunnel cut into the rocky slope of Kavkasioni. The total length of this structure is 7.7 km. Here you will be given a tour through the tunnel and wine tasting. During the tasting you will be able to compare wine produced by European technology (bottled wine) in comparison with Georgian technology (from kvevri).
Then you will have a master-classes on bread baking and churchkhela making, also you will be able to taste chacha. Lunch at Khareba restaurant.
