<\/strong>This building, towering over the city of Ravello on top of a hill overlooking the Gulf of Salerno, is one of the most romantic corners of Amalfi. The hotel began life as an 11th century palazzo, and its location blends in with the traditional Italian charm of the d\u00e9cor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caruso is a stately hotel with marble corridors, wide arches and vaulted ceilings, weather-beaten old floors, frescoes and chandeliers. Its majestic living rooms are furnished with valuable antiques, and the walls are hung with reproductions and paintings by old masters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are many amenities and services here, such as the famous infinity pool, which is often ranked among the best hotel pools in the world. There are several restaurants and bars, a SPA center and a gym, boat trips and a shuttle to the coast. The service is old-fashioned and attentive: the staff remembers the names of the guests and is encouraged to interact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong>Elegant, stylish and trendy, the Grand Hotel Tremezzo rises majestically on the West Bank, offering sophisticated interiors that combine vibrant colors and classic details. Sunbathe by the swimming pool, sip cocktails on the terrace, or cruise along the lake in one of the hotel’s luxurious water limousines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Grand Hotel Tremezzo is located on the shores of the lake, offering a magnificent panorama of Como. Its majestic fa\u00e7ade faces the beautiful Bellagio, which lies on the east bank. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful 17th-century Villa Carlotta, which has impressive 20-acre gardens with exotic plants and flowers, and regular boat trips to sites around the lake depart from Cadenabbia, less than half a mile to the north.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tucked away at the back of the hotel are lush gardens spread over five acres, a quiet haven providing a retreat that feels like a mile away from the lake’s tourist noise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These are some of the best amenities in the area, especially the outstanding spa. You’ll find a stylish floating pool, and in the garden behind it is a more secluded pool, a floodlit clay tennis court and a panoramic walkway leading to the lake. Climb up for a great view. Inside there is a billiard room and a reading room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests can take a ride across the lake in one of the hotel’s stunning mahogany water limousines, or arrange seaplane flights over the lake. Concierge services cater to a wide variety of guest needs (higher-floor suites offer personal butler service), and culinary tours and workshops can also be arranged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The service is friendly, welcoming and professional. It’s nice to see a young and dynamic team of staff (which is not so common in grand hotels in Italy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Meurice \u2013 Paris, France
<\/strong>Situated on the threshold of the Tuileries Garden, the hotel has been hosting distinguished guests for almost 200 years, and today its Versailles grandeur still attracts the secular elite. The meals are exquisite yet satisfying, and the rooms are both majestic and cozy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hotel is located on the main road. This road is Rue Rivoli, one of the most famous streets in Paris, with the Tuileries Garden right across the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The portered revolving door at the front door of the Rivoli is a portal between the bustle of ultra-central Paris and a sophisticated space of sparkling luxury and discreet modesty. The rich grandeur (elegant windows and floor-to-ceiling glass panels, original cornices, Doric columns) of the 19th century building is combined with exquisite decorative elements in the 18th century style, such as stucco on the walls, hanging portraits and chandeliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following a renovation by Philippe Starck, most recently in 2016, the splendor of the jewel box is punctuated by modern elements such as the surreal intertwined columns in the lobby and the vinyl chaise longues embellished with 18th century stones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests at the hotel have the feeling of being quietly and discreetly cared for, from the “Good afternoon” of the gatekeepers to the discreet and efficient check-in. The concierge service can arrange anything. Dal\u00ed reportedly paid staff to trap individual flies in the Tuileries Garden \u2014 it is unlikely that the same outlandish requests would be denied today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Known for its luxurious service, stylish Buddha Bar Beach restaurant and complete privacy. It is also in a lush, immaculate setting, with the only private beach in Mykonos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Top level services available such as playground and private pier. At the Ginkgo Spa, water flows freely under the raised floor, creating a zen-like atmosphere upon entry. ESPA Brand Therapy reflects the nature of Mykonos. Hammam treatments take place in a tiled and marble room with traditional Ottoman-style sinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The friendly and helpful staff are proud to work at the hotel. The 13-acre site has plenty of amenities, including a huge OH! SPA; indoor saltwater pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean; fitness center with movement studio, as well as cardio and weight machines and squash courts. Outside, guests can play croquet on the lawn or head to the putting green. Ocean House has a no-tipping policy (excluding food and drink) and all activities are free, including guided yoga, cooking classes, using four Mercedes-Benz convertibles for self-guided tours, and more. <\/strong>Stay in a chic home near Central Park in the heart of the Upper East Side. Hotel Mark promises spacious rooms, chic design details and an abundance of frills, as well as the Jean-Georges Vongerichten restaurant and bar, where stylish and elite people dine and drink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A column of high-end stores – such as Vera Wang, Missoni and Christian Louboutin – are at arm’s length. The Met Breuer (modern outpost of the Metropolitan Museum of Art) is a three-minute walk from the hotel door, and less than five minutes from the main building of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The MGM Resorts form an almost separate complex on the southern part of the Strip. All the neon-flare entertainment that most people come here for is on their doorstep, and the entire MGM empire and related entertainment venues are within walking distance, like The Park Theatre, a relatively intimate venue that hosts big names like Lady Gaga. , Janet Jackson and Aerosmith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taxis are waiting at the entrance to take you either to Djemaa el Fna or to the heart of Geliz (new city) in 10 minutes. The long pool is about the length of a football field (plus two more), as well as a private beach and tennis courts. The gym looks like a designer furniture showroom, with high-tech machines tastefully hidden behind mashrabiya screens, and the spa has treatment rooms with hot tubs and private hammams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One&Only Royal Mirage \u2013 Dubai

Minimalists look away. This contemporary Arab mansion is outrageously rich in vaulted arches, majestic domes, bronze Bedouin statues, mosaic corridors and hand-painted ceilings. With 65 acres of manicured gardens and pools punctuated by palm-lined islands, this is the largest One&Only resort in the world, yet it still has the cozy feel of a boutique hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests are asked about their preferences in advance, so in-room treats (such as chocolate and macaroons) are tailored to your tastes. Active guests can work out on the tennis courts, work out in the state-of-the-art fitness center or enjoy water sports such as kayaking and windsurfing.
